1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Minutes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Minutes is a collaborative travel planning and photo-sharing platform. The Service allows users to create trips, invite travel companions, upload and share photos and videos, and generate AI-powered content such as cover images and video reels. The Service also includes face recognition features that automatically identify and tag trip participants in uploaded media.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, videos, and trip information ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service, including:

• Storing and serving your photos and videos to trip participants.
• Processing photos for face recognition and automatic tagging.
• Generating thumbnails, cover images, and video reels from your media.
• Displaying your content within the Service to authorized users.

This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

5. Face Recognition

The Service uses automated face recognition technology to identify and tag people in uploaded photos. By using the Service and uploading photos, you acknowledge and consent to this processing. Face recognition data is used solely to provide in-app features such as automatic tagging and the "Photos with me" feature, and is not shared with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence, including trip cover images and video reels. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee its accuracy or suitability. You may use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Face recognition results may not always be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or unauthorized access to your content.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
